Zari Hussein, the mother of Ivan Semwanga’s officially known children could miss the burial of his partner over threats from Ivan’s relatives. This has cast a cloud over Ivan Semwanga’s burial since the mother of his children is being threatened by hostile relatives.
The relatives who have been bickering over Rich Gang boss Semwanga’s property fear that Zari will use her position as the mother of Ivan’s three sons to shield the relatives from snatching property.
Zari has told some of her trusted friends that she fears that Ivan’s relatives could harm her if she goes to Kayunga on Tuesday for Ivan’s burial ceremony which is expected to consume millions of shillings.
The hostility towards Zari started when she rushed to South Africa to standby Ivan’s side as the tycoon battled for his life.

Some family members looked at Zari’s act to go to South Africa as an attempt to get closer to Ivan so that the female socialite could snatch property with ease.
There has been a general feeling of empathy towards Zari on social media with some commentators showing support to Zari and encouraging her to ensure proper upbringing of Ivan’s kids.

Just last night, while at Ivan’s home in Muyenga, a Kampala suburb Zari survived being beaten by some angry women believed to be Ivan’s relatives.

Security was quick to push away the women who looked determined to inflict more emotional pain on Zari who is currently engaged with Tanzanian music star, Diamond Platinumz.
If nothing is done about shielding Zari from Ivan’s angry relatives, the brown skinned lady could watch the proceedings on television.

Public supports Zari
The general feeling towards Zari from the public has been generally positive with people saying that if there is anyone who should take Ivan’s property, it should be Zari since she has the best interest for Ivan’s three children that are so far known to the public.
Although Ivan’s relatives have shown contempt for Zari, it is believed that even when Ivan and Zari broke up, the two had been communicating and still had joint business ventures. During a television show after the break up, Zari said that they were in touch and could even share jokes about each other.

Actually, at some point Zari and her current lover had an exchange over Zari’s continued communication with Ivan. In fact some people claim that Ivan had never moved on since breaking up with Zari.
This could probably be explained by Ivan’s refusal to officially date another woman despite having all it takes to get any woman.
