Singer and ardent support of President Yoweri Museven Moses Ssali aka Bebe Cool has expressed his dismay over  the Electoral Commission’s (EC) stand to let National Unity Platform’s (NUP) presidential candidate Kyagulanyi Ssentamu Robert go on with processions ahead of the 2021 elections.

In late November, the Bebe Cool halt his campaign trail and resorted to door to door avenue of conversing support for Mr. Museveni.

“Wow, and you will see them on all political tv shows and radios discussing Bebecool’s processions while EC is just looking on,” Bebe Cool said adding that Bobi Wine’s processions are contrary to standard operating procedures in place to curb the spread of Covid-19.

Bebe Cool is this week expected resume his trail campaigning for the Incumbent President Museveni. He will be carrying out door to door campaigns stipulated in EC guidelines.

Bobi was last month arrested and charged with acts likely to spread Covid-19 and subsequently released on bail. Since  then police has been engaged in running battles to stop his supporters who normally exceed the required number of 200.
