Kyadondo East MP Robert Kyagulanyi, Arua Municipality MP-elect Kassiano Wadri and ten others have been granted bail by the Gulu High Court.
Bobi Wine and several others who appeared in court today appeared to be in terrible pain as they could not walk on their own.
Most of them walked with the help of crutches.
Some of the people that stood surety for Bobi Wine include Dr Kizza Besigye, Gen Mugisha Muntu and Hon Barnabas Tinkasiimire.
Some of the grounds that the defence team raised in a bid to have their clients released on bail included constitutional right to apply for bail, poor health, advanced age, no past criminal records and the presumption of innocence as stated by the Constitution.
