Several opposition MPs and members of Robert Kyagulanyi’s entourage have been rounded up and locked up after unknown people attacked President Yoweri Museveni.

Sources tell this website that the President was on his way to the airstrip as Bobi Wine’s team blocked his convoy and started hurling insults at the President.
The President’s team then forced its way to the airstrip with the president on board before Special Forces Command soldiers returned to arrest those that had been insulting and throwing stones at the President.
Kassiano Wadri, one of the candidates in the Arua Municipality by election has also been arrested and detained alongside his chief campaigner, Bobi Wine and other opposition MPs.
