A group of Ugandans living in the city of Toronto – Canada have held a demonstration against the brutal arrest and detention of Ugandan politicians including Kyadodndo East MP Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu aka Bobi Wine.
#Solidarity: Thank you Toronto! Thank you the city of Toronto for securing for us Police protection to demonstrate, securing a lane on the busy inner city roads for us, than you Dundas Square Admin for welcoming us and allowing us to converge and organize. Thank you to each and every Ugandans in Canada who had to leave their work, to travel for this solidarity match. The turn up was massive, the love for motherland was strong, and the message was clear. Museveni we are tired of you. Release all political prisoners unconditionally; leave power now! We shall not relent until we remove you, with any means possible!
