Police have this morning raided the Jinja based National Unity Platform (NUP) offices, our sources in the District can confirm.
The intention of the raid is still unknown but police is yet to issue a statement, however sources have intimated to this website that the officers are conducting a search for red berets and any military materials that a synonymous with the NUP.
This comes almost three weeks since a joint force of police and the army raided the NUP national secretariat in Kamwokya over the same issue, taking most of their clothes that force claims is a replica of their own.
NUP is currently giving the ruling party sleepless nights and a run for their money. This might not end soon.
