Roland Kaginda the Rukungiri Municipality FDC MP alongside Ingrid Turinawe have been defeated in the Forum Democratic Chnage (FDC) primaries by the less known Dr Warren.
News reaching our desk indicates that the top party members were rounded up in 360degrees knockout.
Municipal mp race, Ingrid got 65, the sitting lawmker Roland Kaginda gathered only 62 and Warren got 130 votes.
