Gen. Tumukunde launches ‘Kisoboka’, pledges to Renew Uganda’s Lost Glory

Former security minister Lt Gen Henry Tumukunde has Wednesday launched a new political pressure group dubbed “Renewed Uganda, Kisoboka (it is possible)”.

Tumukunde said at the Kololo launch in Kampala, that he will challenge President Museveni in the 2021 Presidential elections under this pressure group.

He promised to consider the youth who make up the majority voters once he ascends to State House.

By unveiling “Renewed Uganda” political party, Tumukunde officially launched his general campaign for the position of presidency in the 2021 General Election.

Tumukunde says his target is the ordinary Ugandans, especially the boda boda cyclists and the women.

“I know you wanted to see big people, the likes of professors, big masses but my focus is on the common person,” he said.

The former spy chief is set to unveil his roadmap for the 2021 polls.
