The ruling National Resistance Movement party has this afternoon released their updated electoral road map in the wake of the looming 2021 general elections.
Speaking to the media, the party electoral commission boss Dr. Tango Odoi said the this will be conducted as soon possible to enable proper planning ahead of the general election.
“I want to state we have now reviewed and appointed NRM registrars also known as District Election officers like Sub-county registrars, village registrars, parish registrars. We are very ready for the task.”. Tango Odoi said.
He added that At the village level, the party is going to elect and get 1,300,006 leaders as Flag bearers indicating that as other political parties start with zero us we have 1,300,006 voters.
It should be noted that this comes hours after the party’s Central Executive Committee (CEC) approved lining up as the mode of elections during the primaries.
