Apostle Grace Lubega of Phaneroo has launched a veiled attack on Kyadondo East MP Robert Kyagulanyi, saying that Ugandans who believe in God should rise up and lead the country.
Although he did not mention Bobi Wine’s name, Lubega who leads one of the churches with huge youthful followers says that if one did not change the ghetto, he cannot change Uganda.
It is clear that Apostle Lubega aimed his message at Bobi Wine who calls himself the ghetto president. Bobi Wine has also publicly said he smokes marijuana. Apostle Lubega says “Uganda cannot have a ganja man for a leader”.
