EXCLUSIVE: Bobi Wine Held in Makindye Military Barracks, to be Tried in Army Court

Kyadondo East MP Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu aka Bobi Wine is being help at Makindye military barracks, this website can exclusively reveal.

A source at the army detention facility has told theUgandan that Bobi Wine is in Makindye pending an appearance in the Military Court on Thursday in Gulu.

The MP was reportedly, found with a gun, during his arrest on Monday evening in Arua.

This was  announced by Deputy Prime Minister, Gen Moses Ali, while addressing Parliament on Wednesday.

Earlier, the Speaker of Parliament Rebecca Kadaga had suspended the House over what she described as the illegal detention of Robert Kyagulanyi aka Bobi Wine, Gerald Karuhanga, Francis Zaake and Paul Mwiru.

The Speaker suspended the House  for one hour as she waited for an explanation from government.
