Former FDC President Gen Mugisha Muntu together with Winnie Kizza, the immediate former Leader of Opposition in Parliament were blocked from entering the General Court Martial in Gulu where Robert Kyagulanyi aka Bobi Wine is expected to appear.
Lt Gen Andrew Gutti, the military court chairman is already in the courtroom. Our reporter informed us at the time of publishing this story that Gen Muntu, after consultations was allowed to enter the court.
In a related incident, Dr Kizza Besigye, FDC mobilizer Ingrid Turinawe, Kampala Lord Mayor Erias Lukwago have also been put in a situation similar to house arrest.
Meanwhile, Barbie Kyagulanyi the wife of Bobi Wine and the singer’s brothers have been allowed to enter the courtroom in Gulu.
