When it comes to issues of law and order in the United Kingdom, there is no compromise. This was evidenced on Saturday night when London Police swung into action to close Musician Sheebah Karungi’s musical concert despite revelers pleading for some extra time.

It is common in Ugandan for artists and music promoters to have their way around and extend have crowds attend shows regardless of the capacity of the venue. It happens when an international artist is in the country or if a big local artist with a hit song is performing.

This is probably what the organizers (Jeff Jaffer) of Sheebah’s first ever concert in the UK expected when they sold tickets to more people than the venue could accommodate. The concert that was organized at Epic Dalston located on 13 Stoke Newington Rd, Stoke Newington, in London prompted some fans to cause chaos but police quelled the situation.

The concert also featured Ugandan comedian Mc Mariach who is known for mostly cracking sexually oriented jokes something that could have boosted the numbers. The show had been smooth and fans were enjoying every bit of it but trouble broke out when the space filled up and fans who had paid earlier couldn’t access the venue. This prompted the London Police to immediately stop the concert. This left the fans fuming after paying but ending up with no value for money.
