A man who raped and impregnated his 16-year-old step daughter will languish in prison after being apprehended by Police.
Kalendde Emmanuel, 40, a cook at Busedde College, Bugaya, in Jinja District was arrested by local law enforcement officers from Busedde Police Post on allegations of defiling and impregnating his own daughter who has just completed primary seven.
Talemwa Samuel, the Officer in Charge of Busedde Police post confirmed the arrest of Kalendde and noted that he has been transferred to Kakira Police station.
The daughter now at Jinja Referral Hospital was left suffering flashbacks, headaches and with permanent scars after being subjected to daily battering by the shameless father after realizing that she was pregnant.
Kalende was denying the offence, saying the girl had cooked up the allegations since he was bitter that she was having running around with boys in the village.

The LCIII Chairperson Busedde sub county Abu Tibiita Musobya has condemned the act and threatened to deal with all incestuous pedophiles.
In the past two months, Busedde sub county has reported increased cases of criminality and incest.
